- payment details (no card details)
- additional information provided by customer
- door opening logs
- recording camera surveillance (video material)
Card details are never saved in our system.

This information is retrieved from the customer at the time of booking:
- webstore information form
- phone
Camera surveillance footage is saved automatically into our system.
7. Disclosure of data
Data is only disclosed:
- to accounting when necessary
- to authorities when required by the law
- to the police to investigate misuse or potential criminal activity
Data will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Transfer of data outside the EU/EEA area
As a rule, data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA area.
If we use service providers outside the EU (e.g., a cloud service or email system), data is always processed using the protection measures required by the GDPR.
9. Principles of register protection
- Only the data controller has access to the personal data.
- Electronic data is protected with passwords and security software.
- Camera surveillance footage is stored in a locked system, accessible only to the data controller.
- Door code logs are stored in encrypted form.

- Reservation details: 2 years
- Invoicing details: 6 years according to accounting law
- Surveillance footage: 30 daysunless inspection is necessary
- Door code logs: 6 months
11. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to:
- access their own data
- request correction of flawed data
- request the removal of data (to the extent possible within the law)
- restrict handling
- object to the processing of their data
- transfer the data from one system to another (where applicable)
- file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman
