  • Booking

  • The reservation is made through the online store or in another manner approved by the service provider.
  • The reservation becomes binding as soon as the payment has been successfully completed.
  • The confirmation is sent to the customer by email.
  • Payments

  • All bookings are paid in advance at the time of reservation.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed in the online store.
  • The payment also serves as the entry ticket to the play area.

Products for sale:

  1. Single ticket: A single ticket entitles you to one three-hour play session. The ticket can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the playtime. Cancellations made after this will not be refunded. 
  2. Multi-visit passes (5- and 10-visit passes): A multi-visit pass entitles the holder to the number of three-hour play sessions specified on the pass (5 or 10). All children in the same family may use the same pass if they wish. Please book each child’s playtime separately in the online store when paying with a multi-visit pass. This ensures that the correct number of visits is deducted from the pass. 
  3. Birthdays: Birthdays are always sold separately upon request. A birthday reservation becomes valid once it has been paid. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after this will not be refunded. 
  • Visitors aged 16 and over may enter Kuuran Kolo free of charge when accompanying at least one paying child. An entry fee must be paid for all children aged 1–16.
  • Payment Service Provider

    Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

  • Access to the premises

  • The play area serves on a self-service basis,and there is no staff present.
  • The customer receives a personal door code with their reservation, which is valid for one hour.
  • Sharing the door code with third parties is prohibited.
  • Recording video surveillance is in use to ensure safety and prevent misuse.
  • Terms of Use for the Space

  • The play area is intended for children, and minors under 18 may only be in the space under the responsibility of an adult supervisor..
  • The supervisor is responsible for the child's safety throughout the entire visit.
  • Play equipment must be used appropriately and left in its place.
  • Bullying, mocking, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
  • The use of intoxicants and tobacco products in the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • The customer commits to using the space neatly and with care.
  • Any damages must be compensated to the service provider.
  • For children whose admission fee has not been paid (and for whom a fee should have been paid according to these terms), a penalty fee of €200 will be charged.
  • Cancellations and Changes

  • Series cards or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If there are more than 24 hours before the start of the play session, you can reschedule it yourself by making a free cancellation and a new booking. 
  • If there are less than 24 hours until the play session, you can reschedule it free of charge by contacting our customer service by email. 
  • A ticket can be transferred to a product of the same price or a cheaper one. 
  • When changing to a cheaper product, the price difference will not be refunded. 

  • Service provider’s right to cancel a booking

The service provider has the right to cancel a booking in special situations, such as:

  • technical flaw
  • safety situation
  • an obstacle, which prevents safe use of the space

In such cases, the customer will be refunded the payment or offered a new time.

  • Condition of the space and damages

  • The customer is obliged to check the condition of the space upon arrival.
  • Any deficiencies must be reported to the service provider immediately.
  • If the space or equipment is damaged due to the customer’s use, the service provider has the right to charge the repair or replacement costs.
  • Right to Changes

The service provider reserves the right to make price changes, update the terms of use, and modify the services.

  • Limitation of liability

  • The service provider is not liable for the customer’s personal injuries, damaged belongings, or accidents unless the damage is caused by the service provider’s negligence.
  • Visiting the premises is at your own risk.
  • Processing of personal data

Customer data is processed for fulfilling the booking and managing the customer relationship.
